50. A counsellor and a subsidy program coordinator of the Direction du soutien au développement de la main-d’oeuvre of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail are authorized to sign, for their sector of activities, subsidy agreements pertaining to the Soutien régionalisé à l’adéquation formation-emploi program provided for in connection with implementation of the allocation plan for the resources of the WSDRF, prepared annually by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail and approved by the Minister, up to $50,000.
